Be a good guest so the facility will allow dogs in the future. Bring a sheet to cover the bed, crate the dogs when you are not in the room, pick up your dogs poop, etc.

Check with the hotel for pet fees, restrictions, etc. These tend to change and may be waived or adjusted if the club makes arrangements with the facility  (check the premium).

You may find some other options to consider (Other hotels, RV parks, B&B, vacation rentals) At the bottom you can also search some other nearby cities. You may want to provide the dates at the top to get better search results.

Likewise, the Campground Reviews link will give you alternatives to the site facilities (if any). If no campgrounds in the target city, it will search 25 miles around the city.
